Drove from Cairns to Townsville, to Mt Isa, Tennant Creek,stopped at Devil's Marbles and then to Alice Springs. It was a pretty long drive, about 5 days of 500 km a day, and it's true, there's not too much to see in between. But a very nice experience - very Australian... next post:the Rock! (got back from there yesterday...)
