We got aboard the Pride of Airlie, together with about fifty other people, and enjoyed the paradise-like islands, bright blue sea, the whitest beaches you can get, and some excellent snorkeling (a little preview of what was coming when diving Great Barrier Reef). We spent the nights on South Molle Island, where our group had it's own place to party, and had a brilliant weekend... After that... back to Airlie...

AIrlie, Whitsundays and... Pernille...
After the Brisbane weekend, I flew up to Proserpine, to get to Airlie Beach. There I met up with Pernille, who in the mean time had left Sydney, and traveled up the east coast herself. Great to see her again, so we had a party in Airlie, and got ready for our sailing trip through the Whitsundays...
